Please bring help if purchasing heavy items. The buyer is responsible for moving and loading all items. BUYER’S PREMIUM: 10% buyer’s premium will be added to each invoice - if paying with a credit card then a 3% fee will be added to the invoice at pick up. Pick up: All items will be sold "as is" where is. All items must be picked up at the Estate site. All items must be paid for before removing. Items have to be picked up by the person bidding - cannot allow items to be picked up by another person. An ID must be presented at pickup when checking out. Pick up Days: Cannot guarantee phone calls will be answered or returned in a timely manner on pick up days. Please read all information regarding scheduled pick-up days and times. By registering to bid, the bidder acknowledges and agrees to all the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AUCTION. The Terms and Conditions section includes information for registration, bidding, payment, close of the auction, buyer's premium, credit card fees, pick up days and times. Any bidder may choose to utilize the maximum bid feature on any lot. In doing so, that bidder's MAX bid will take priority over the "Same" or "Equal" bid amount placed by another bidder after the MAX bid has been placed. If a bidder loses an item due to another bidder placing a MAX bid on a lot, it is the responsibility of the bidder NOT the auction company or the bidder platform being used to conduct the online auction. Any bidder can choose to use the MAX bid feature. SERVIER and/or SOFTWARE TECHNICAL ISSUES: Neither the auctioneer, auction company nor the online bidding software and/or service provider shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. The Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend, or reschedule an individual item or auction event. The auctioneer reserves the right to make changes to the auction closing times or inspection/preview dates or pick up dates. Email notifications will be sent to registered bidders with updated information deemed necessary by the Auctioneer or the Auction company.
